Does anyone know about the AB COASTER?

Does anyone own or know something (true) about the ab coaster. Personnal experience please. Not something you’ve heard on tv. I want to know if it really works. Please let me know ASAP.

I have one and it is by far the best ab machine I have ever used. period.
